春も梅雨も感じずいきなり猛暑日が来ました。。
今年の特徴なのかもしれませんが、夏の暑さと大幅に違うのは
夜は10度以上下がり暑さと無縁になること。
体調管理は今年上半期のテーマでしたね。。。
